Initiate Your Return
Log into your PROCAM account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, lens caps, and cables are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to PROCAM
Affix your shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
